Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns for our products once it has been shipped. Every purchase, however, does come with our limited warranty to help protect your investment.
A refund may be issued under the following conditions if it has not been shipped:
- A partial refund may be granted if canceling prior to shipping but the golf course is completed. Our assembly team must be paid for their service.
- A Partial refund will be issued if the products required has already been purchased and gathered or if assembly has begun.
- A full refund is to be given only when the course has not been shipped, the course has not been completed, or the course has not been started.
- In the event that you need to cancel your order and have a refund please use our contact us page to reach out to us or please speak with the agent that was assigned to you at the time of purchase.
- We will require your contact information, a reason for the cancellation if possible and your order number which would be provided on the receipt from the time of purchase.
